I have spybot, and avg aint-virus…I also have a male-ware program…

I use Windows Defender which can be set up for real time monitoring of spyware. I also us Ad Aware as a secondary spyware scanner.

Hi,
I use Norton Internet security 2006 which has built in antivirus and an antispyware.
Secondly, the best way of staying 100% safe is to switch off ur modem coz as long as ur connected to the internet, u have a threat.
All i can suggest is "be sensible". Think twice before downloading any thing and think twice before going to those tricky websites.
